The hotel was impeccably maintained, with every area reflecting a strong commitment to excellence. Special commendation is due to Mr. Mo Ibrahim, whose leadership and personal dedication to service made a significant impact on the quality of our stay. His proactive approach and genuine care did not go unnoticed. We were two couples visiting to celebrate a double birthday, and the arrangements made by the hotel were remarkable — our rooms were tastefully prepared, offering breathtaking views of the sea, and we were warmly surprised with celebratory touches including balloons, cakes, and champagne. The Royal Apollonia successfully combines luxury, warmth, and efficiency in a way that is increasingly rare in today’s hospitality landscape. I extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team and especially to Mr. Ibrahim for making our visit truly memorable.
