Always excellent service, rooms and facilities first class

Manager and staff are so friendly and can feel that all of them work here happily. I feel very comfortable like back home where the team seems like very welcoming customers to stay at the hotel. Staff is willing to spend some time talking to you and try their best to understand your need and feeling wherever you are. I was surprised such happy attitude not only at reception, but also waitress at the breakfast area too. Lobby manager also very warm talking to customers. In conclusion, such a wonderful team!

It’s our first time in Limassol and we were pleasantly shocked of the hotel, service, stuff and food!! All is perfect!!! It was my birthday and they brought ballon’s, wine and a cake as a surprise!! Coming from Italy we’ve already forgot what good service means! A lot of thanks to all the stuff, great guys!!!

The hotel was great! It was a great choice for a relaxing holiday! Complimentary bottle of wine and two bottles of water (still and sparkling), fruits, sweets and a rose. Clean, quiet, amazing staff, great 24 hour room service, clean pool, clean beach, no crazy late night singers in the restaurants, great food, two great restaurants (Japanese and Greek) with great service, private beach. Even when the hotel was full, we did not feel it, there was no noise and discomfort, there was enough space in the pool for everyone and enough sunbeds for everyone. There were kids by the pool, but we didn't notice any noise. It was not special animation or loud music for kids (for us it was an advantage, we don't have children and we were looking for quiet). It is enough family hotels in Cyprus. The spa was amazing, we had a couples massage right after check in and it was the perfect start to our holiday! We had a small problem and the hotel handled it perfectly!
