As a frequent traveler accustomed to high standards of hospitality, I was thoroughly impressed by my recent stay at The Royal Apollonia in Cyprus. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall professionalism demonstrated by the staff were nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that guest satisfaction is a top priority at this establishment. The hotel was impeccably maintained, with every area reflecting a strong commitment to excellence. Special commendation is due to Mr. Mo Ibrahim, whose leadership and personal dedication to service made a significant impact on the quality of our stay. His proactive approach and genuine care did not go unnoticed. We were two couples visiting to celebrate a double birthday, and the arrangements made by the hotel were remarkable — our rooms were tastefully prepared, offering breathtaking views of the sea, and we were warmly surprised with celebratory touches including balloons, cakes, and champagne. The Royal Apollonia successfully combines luxury, warmth, and efficiency in a way that is increasingly rare in today’s hospitality landscape. I extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team and especially to Mr. Ibrahim for making our visit truly memorable.

A Wonderful Stay with Stunning Views I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Cyprus in Royal Apollonia Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking sea view from my room – waking up to such a stunning sight every morning was unforgettable. The room itself was well-equipped with everything one could need, including fresh towels, cozy chalts, high-quality cosmetics, and small thoughtful amenities that added to the comfort. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus. I will definitely come back!

Manager and staff are so friendly and can feel that all of them work here happily. I feel very comfortable like back home where the team seems like very welcoming customers to stay at the hotel. Staff is willing to spend some time talking to you and try their best to understand your need and feeling wherever you are. I was surprised such happy attitude not only at reception, but also waitress at the breakfast area too. Lobby manager also very warm talking to customers. In conclusion, such a wonderful team!

Everything was perfect! Food is really delicious, this is very rare in hotels. Spa is very good, everyday cleaning and small gifts like sweets, pool area, beach, we enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely come again. This is the best Limassol hotel for quiet family holidays.

It’s our first time in Limassol and we were pleasantly shocked of the hotel, service, stuff and food!! All is perfect!!! It was my birthday and they brought ballon’s, wine and a cake as a surprise!! Coming from Italy we’ve already forgot what good service means! A lot of thanks to all the stuff, great guys!!!
